We offer personal training to help client's reach their personal goals, whatever they may be.  

We specialise in post physio exercise therapy for injuries.  What does that mean? Well, when someone suffers from an injury, either acute or chronic, they often visit a physiotherapist to help with recovery and mobility.  However, a physiotherapist usually works with someone until they regain their range of motion, and are able to begin physical exercise again.  This is where we come in.  We carry on from this point to continue the recovery process, to regain strength, fitness, mobility and flexibility.  We are passionate about helping people to be as fit and healthy as they can be. 

Each individual is different.  We all have different goals, both physically and psychologically.  Your local gym can help you to get fit, they may provide you a workout program, and they may provide personal training.  We do that too, but we also have the knowledge and skills to help someone stay fit and healthy through life changes (eg menopause), to regain fitness and lose weight following the birth of a child, or to recover from injury and health issues or illness.

Basic Consult

Individual goal setting, 6 week workout plan with updates (weekly personal training is required with this plan). Home workout + PT workout included.


Personal Training (PT)

Each session is between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on goals, and individual preference.  30% discount if 2 or more people trained at a time. 


Full Consult 

Basic Consult + Nutrition Plan and Support (ongoing personal training required).


Self Directed Plan 

Basic Consult including 6 week workout plan (home or gym based) with 2 - 3 updates depending on progress.  Includes 1 x personal training session. Further PT sessions available on request (at the standard rate).
